EXPEDITING SERVICE
Among the services provided by SARDA ISPEZIONI, there are the activities of Desk and Field Expediting, through which SARDA ISPEZIONI oversees the monitoring of production, supply, and delivery processes, in order to prevent risks and obstacles that could cause costly and problematic delays for the client. The Expediting action takes place across all stages of order management, including:

The Expediting service is divided into:
- Desk Expediting: An activity conducted via email and telephone in collaboration with the client to swiftly and efficiently monitor the status and scheduling of orders and deliveries in a fast and functional manner.
- Field Expediting: Surveillance visits at the production site by experts tasked with reviewing production schedules, overseeing order execution and progress of manufacturing and supply activities, validating shipping details. Immediate information and feedback are provided to ensure adherence to predetermined timelines and deadlines.
- Full Time Monitoring: An activity implemented in cases of significant criticality.
